The state of Indiana has many legends; we’ve all seen Hoosiers, but in truth, those movies and moments highlight the people of Indiana, how hard they work, and the history that they’ve grown from the soil up.

When Traffic Pro Beds completed a mid-west tour with a visit to the Indiana Department of Transportation, it was apparent how hard these crews worked and how much a Traffic Pro Bed system could benefit from that hard work.

This is why when we received an order from INDOT for a Deluxe 300 Series, we were excited to know that these crews would receive benefit from working from the side, having their operations be more efficiently organized, and having the cone drive work for them, will allow for safety and productivity, to get the job done on Indiana roadways.

Like many agencies and companies, INDOT is no exception in dealing with the supply chain and chassis allotments plaguing many in the traffic control and management industry. Without a chassis on hand, Traffic Pro Beds was able to deliver their Deluxe 300 with our brand new sustainable shipping and mounting method.

INDOT has the distinction of being the first to receive delivery with this method. This novel design allows us to use all the mounting brackets that INDOT will need in their fitting process while safely shipping them via ground transport the bed assembled.

This new universal mounting system allows for the flexibility of our reality that as long as length measurements and class series remain the same, the universal mounting bracket will fit your Ford, Chevy, Ram, etc. chassis, giving you the option to switch which chassis you might mount to, based upon availability.
